ABC-Amega is looking for an experienced Collection Representative to join our team and work on behalf of some of the most well-known companies in social media, technology, and manufacturing to collect on past due business accounts. The primary focus of our collection representatives is to manage portfolios by working with both clients and their customers to requesting payments via phone, email, fax, and letter.

This position exercises independent judgment in the handling of all aspects of the collection process including collecting on delinquent accounts, drafting letters to clients, debtors, and attorneys, make recommendations to clients for settlements and payment plans as well as maintaining detailed records of all collection stages.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, navigating through the internet and past experience in client database management
  • Ability to function independently and maintain a strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent Business to Business interpersonal skills demonstrated through prior customer service and collections work experience
  • Basic telephone etiquette skills
